I had this weird left sided pain for years until I found out that it was caused by canola oil. I ate a lot of mayonnaise and mine turned out to be made with canola oil. As soon as I stopped eating it, the pain disappeared. The left side of my body is still “tender” and sensitive, but the excruciating pain that I had back then never returned.
